During a routine inspection

We spoke with nine people who used the service or their relatives by telephone during the inspection. The people we spoke with were highly complementary of the care and support they had received from Camborne Internal Homecare Agency Services. Comments included, 'absolutely brilliant', 'first class, second to none', 'so caring, they want to help me, to do it myself' and 'really good, I've seen a definite improvement in what I can do'.

Before people received any care they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes.

Care was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.

People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care safely and to an appropriate standard.

The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.

Comments and complaints people made were responded to appropriately.
