Henley Green Medical Centre, Coventry, is an NHS GP practice, which delivers services to approximately 8,350 patients under a General Medical Services (GMS) contract with NHS England. The practice is located at Henley Road, Coventry CV2 1AB, within the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System (ICS).
The National General Practice profiles states that 65.7% of the patient population are White, 14% Asian, 13% Black, 4.2% Mixed and 3.1% classified as Other. Information published by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities shows that deprivation within the practice population group is in the first decile (1 of 10). The lower the decile, the more deprived the practice population is compared to others.
We carried out an announced assessment of the responsive key question only. This assessment was carried out to update the rating of the responsive key question which was previously rated requires improvement at an assessment in November 2023. For this assessment we carried out an interview with the lead GP and practice manager using video conferencing and reviewed documents submitted as evidence.
