Caring
Staff treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion, and respected their privacy and dignity. People told us that they felt listened to and had confidence in the clinician treating them.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service was exceptional at treating people with kindness, empathy and compassion and in how they respected people’s privacy and dignity. Staff always treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.
Arrangements were in place to promote patients’ privacy. The 2025 National GP Patient Survey showed the service performed better than the national average. For example, 95.6% of those who responded felt that the healthcare professional was very good or fairly good at listening to them. This compared to the national average of 86.9%. A total of 99.2% of respondents to the same survey told us that they had confidence and trust in the health care professional that treated them. This compared to the national average of 92.5%.
We saw staff speaking to people with understanding and kindness. Staff treated people with dignity and respect. They were able to take people to a quiet area to allow people to share confidential matters with them without these matters being overheard by others.
