During a routine inspection
All staff had been through a thorough recruitment process. They went through an induction process prior to them starting work. Training, including safeguarding training, had also been given.
We saw that the manager regularly checked that people were receiving a high quality service. Satisfaction surveys were issued to people by the manager every six months.
We spoke to one person who told us they were very happy with the service they received. Recent comments made on satisfaction surveys included 'SmartCareNorthWest is a good firm with great caring senior staff' and 'The best decision I ever made was changing my carers to SmartCareNorthWest'.
