OH Works Ltd is based in a small residential street within the city of Canterbury. The service has three clinical rooms located within it. It is based on the ground floor, with wheelchair access and a disabled toilet.
The service is staffed by qualified Specialist Practitioners in Occupational Health.
The clinic is open five days a week Monday to Friday are 9am to 5pm.
How we visited this service
Before visiting, we reviewed a range of information we hold about the practice and asked other organisations to share what they knew.
During our visit we:
- Spoke with the Clinical Director and the Operations Director. We also spoke with the receptionists.
- Looked at documents the clinic used to carry out services, including policies and procedures.
- Looked at emergency drugs and equipment (adrenaline, oxygen and adult masks) that were appropriate for the OHS and checked daily.
