During a routine inspection
With their prior agreement we spoke with five people who used this agency to find out what their experiences were. This included visiting three people at home and speaking with two people by telephone.
All the people we spoke with said they were happy with the standard of care and support provided by the agency care workers. Some comments included; 'I have been really pleased with all that they do for me. The carers are friendly and they come on time and do what is needed.' 'The service is reliable. I can count on them and that is what matters.'
We found the agency office to be efficiently organised. The care people received was safe, effective and provided by reliable and experienced care workers who knew their job.
