Date of Assessment: 18 November to 21 November 2025. Trent Vale Medical Practice is a GP practice and delivers service to 10215 patients under a contract held with NHS England. The National General Practice Profiles states that that the ethnicity of the practice registered patient population includes white, 81.8%, Asian, 11.8%, Black, 3.04%, Mixed, 2.29%, other 1.79%. Information published by Office for Health Improvement and Disparities shows that deprivation within the practice population group is in the 4 decile of 10. The lower the decile, the more deprived the practice population is relative to others. This assessment considered the demographics of the people using the service, the context the service was working within and how this impacted service delivery.
