During a routine inspection

We spoke with the two people who used the service and we were told that they did not have any complaints. One person told us that the staff were kind and that they treated them like a friend and another person told us that they were satisfied with the care that they received. We found concerns with people's care plans, the procedures that were in place to prevent abuse, checks that had been made on staff and the lack of quality service provisions.
