During a routine inspection
We received positive comments from people about the surgery on the day of inspection. One person told us: "The service is brilliant here, I have never had a problem getting an appointment and I can choose which doctor I see."
The doctor we spoke with told us they involved people in their care. They told us: "We listen to people, and give them enough information to make their own decisions."
The provider assured us the surgery protected people against the risks associated with medicines.
People we spoke with told us they felt safe to be treated at the surgery and felt confident the staff that treated them were suitably qualified and experienced in their work roles.
We found the surgery monitored and assessed the quality of their service to identify risks and improve quality.
