Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect. During our onsite visit, we observed staff respecting privacy and speaking to people in a compassionate way.
The service’s NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) data from June 2026 showed that from 271 responses received, 214 people rated their experience ‘very good’, and 38 people rated it as ‘good’. Feedback included positive comments describing staff as ‘truly professional and courteous,’ ‘prompt, friendly and reassuring,’ and ‘helpful, understanding and caring.’
Results from the 2025 National GP Patient Survey showed that 90% of people said the healthcare professional they saw at their last appointment was very good or fairly good at treating them with care and concern, compared with the national average of 86%. In 2026, the service achieved 86%, which was in line with the national average.
