Kindness, compassion and dignity
The provider treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.
Overall, the practice performed better than the national average in the 2026 National GP Patient Survey. The percentage of patients who rated their overall experience of the practice as good was 82%, compared with the national average of 77%. While most other indicators relating to patients' experiences of care and treatment were broadly in line with national averages, several were slightly below the national benchmark. Leaders and staff had reviewed the survey findings and developed a comprehensive action plan to drive improvement. Actions had been clearly identified, with named leads, agreed timescales and measures of success in place to monitor progress and demonstrate the impact of changes made.
The CQC received 6 Give Feedback on Care responses, all of which were positive. Feedback indicated that people felt the practice provided excellent overall care. People described staff as kind, caring, helpful and professional. They told us that staff were compassionate, supportive and thorough.
The provider had arrangements to promote people’s privacy. Chaperones were available when required, with posters displayed throughout the practice and staff appropriately trained.
