Kindness, compassion and dignity
The practice always treated patients with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.
The practice had arrangements in place to promote patients' privacy. Whilst the practice performed below the national average in some areas of the 2026 National GP Patient Survey, other sources of patient feedback demonstrated a more positive experience of care and treatment. Leaders had reviewed the 2026 National GP Patient Survey and had created an action plan to address the issues identified.
Friends and Family Test results consistently showed high levels of patient satisfaction. In August 2026, 638 patients responded, with 577 (90.4%) rating the practice as Very Good or Good. Similarly, in July 2026, 535 of 592 respondents (90.4%) rated the practice as Very Good or Good.
Feedback submitted by patients through the CQC Give Feedback on Care provided additional evidence of positive patient experiences. Of the 119 comments reviewed, 91 (77%) were positive, with many patients highlighting the kindness, compassion and professionalism of practice staff.
