During a routine inspection
We found that staff were recruited in a safe and appropriate manner and given support to ensure they provided effective care and treatment to people. Staff told us that they were well supported when they started working at the surgery, and felt able to raise any issues or concerns that they had.
Comments or complaints were dealt with appropriately to ensure people continued to receive a good service. Information about how people could raise concerns or make a complaint was clearly displayed, and the practice had clear procedures in place to manage complaints if they arose. The records we looked at indicated that any complaints or concerns were dealt with in a timely manner.
