During a routine inspection
We observed during our inspection that the people who used the service appeared happy and content. We found people were treated respectfully and given support to have their say in how they wanted to be helped and were supported to do the things they wanted to do.
We contacted some relatives via phone to ask about their opinions of the service. Comments received were, Very good in the way they support people,' 'If there are any problems they ring me,' and 'We are really happy with the care.'
