Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We reviewed the most recent patient surveys results completed in 2024 and 2025. Summarised results showed that patients had a high level of trust in the dental team; clinical staff were good at explaining treatments and treatment options and patients would recommend the practice to family and friends.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. We observed that treatment rooms doors were kept closed so conversation taking place could not be overheard.
