During an inspection in response to concerns
We found the practice had appropriate systems in place to ensure repeat prescriptions were generated within 48 hours of being requested. However the provider should note the repeat prescription process should be reviewed to reduce the number of duplicate prescription requests.
We did not speak to people using the service as part of this inspection because of the nature of the concerning information we were following up.
