During a routine inspection
We found that the provider assessed people's needs and developed a treatment plan which took into account a person's previous medical history and current health concerns. We saw evidence that the provider was dedicated to offering appropriate treatment solutions and diagnosing people's medical conditions.
We saw evidence that the provider was aware of the need to protect people from abuse. They also had a safeguarding children policy and were aware of how to access the local authority's Safeguarding policy.
The provider had a complaints policy in place and this detailed the procedure for dealing with complaints. One person we spoke to said that if they had a complaint they would speak to the GP.
The GP was the only employee and thus there was only one member of staff to speak with during our visit.
