During a routine inspection

When we spoke with people they told us that they received enough information from the doctor about the treatment at the initial appointment and were also provided with written information about the medicines supplied to them. They said they had been given leaflets about weight loss programmes and healthy eating. One person told us the clinic manager had explained how to take the drugs and about the possible side effects. People we spoke with confirmed they had been given a leaflet about healthy dieting and exercise when they first started at the clinic.
