Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must provide the CQC with a governance policy which describes how they will monitor the safety and quality of care being carried out at Meadows Court Care Home. The policy must describe clearly how and when audits will be carried out in relation to; medicines, risk assessments, care plans, infection control and staff training. On the last day of each calendar month thereafter (or the preceding Friday where the last day of the month falls on a weekend), the registered provider must send to the CQC a written report of the audits that have been carried out in line with the governance policy which includes details of findings and includes an action plan of actions taken or to be taken.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from all locations.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 22 service users at Meadows Court Care Home.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Meadows Court Care Home.
