Kindness, compassion and dignity

Score: 3

The service always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect. and staff.

The service had arrangements to promote people’s privacy. The service performed in line with the national averages in the results of the 2025 National GP Patient Survey. This showed people felt listened to and felt they were treated with kindness. We spoke with four patients on the day of the inspection all who responded positively about the service. For example, people told us staff were “amazing”, “kind” and “compassionate”. We also reviewed the friends and family test survey results for the past six months which were also largely positive. The practice further evidenced that they had reviewed the GP patient survey results and had an action plan to further improve.
