Equity in experiences and outcomes
Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this.
The service consistently provided safe and equitable care tailored to people’s individual needs.
People experienced good quality care and support, including those with complex health conditions such as tetraplegia, from staff who were appropriately trained. A family member told us, “The empathy, training, care, attention to detail, sharing of information and reaction to [relatives] needs, are all brilliant.”
