During a routine inspection
We looked at four files. We saw that people were involved in making decisions about their care. We spoke with one person who confirmed that they were involved in making decisions about their treatment. They were pleased with the staff and said the service was "second to none".
Staff were supported appropriately. There was an induction process in place and we saw that this procedure was being followed. Staff received support through weekly staff training, briefings. There was a system for annual appraisals.
There was a complaints policy and information on how to make a complaint was available to people who used the service.
