Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.
The practice is in Droitwich, Worcestershire and provides NHS and private dental care and treatment for adults and children.
There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available, including dedicated parking for disabled people, near the practice.
The practice had 6 surgeries and 2 consultation rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 32 staff, comprising 11 dentists (including 8 associate dentists, 2 principal dentists who were the practice owners, one of whom was also the sedationist, and 1 dentist/oral surgeon), 3 dental therapists, 10 dental nurses (6 trainee dental nurses and 4 qualified dental nurses), 2 treatment co-ordinators, 2 reception staff, 1 finance manager, 1 practice manager, 1 cleaner, and 1 visiting endodontist.
