During a routine inspection
We found that the provider ensured people had information to make choices about their care and support, and that people's privacy, dignity and independence were respected. We saw that the care provided met people's needs safely.
We found that the provider had taken reasonable steps to safeguard people from the risk of abuse. Staff were appropriately checked before starting work and were qualified, skilled and experienced in their roles.
Records were well-organised, up-to-date and fit for purpose.
