During a routine inspection
Patient records detailed how and when assessments had taken place and when further observations had been made. One patent told us, "I knew what they were doing because they told me."
Medicines were stored safely and checks made to ensure they were in date.
The provider had contracts with other agencies who commissioned their services. Commissioners of services told us they understood the type of service which could be provided. One person said, "We like using this service."
There were two vehicles in the provider's fleet. Both had full service histories and checks had been made to ensure they were road worthy. Both vehicles were clean and tidy.
