During a routine inspection

We recently undertook an inspection of this service and found them complaint with all standards reviewed. The practice reregistered due to a partner retiring from the organisation. Therefore we undertook a desktop review and covered one additional standard; complaints.

We did not speak to patients as part of the recent inspection. We saw that the practice had a clearly defined complaints policy. The practice had received one complaint within the preceding 12 months and had responded to the complaint appropriately and in line with policy.
