During a routine inspection
One person said, 'Privacy gave us the opportunity to bond with baby'.
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. We saw that arrangements were in place to ensure that screening services were appropriately managed and processed. People told us they were happy with their experience from the time of booking through to receiving scan results and picture imaging. Comments included, "It was fantastic, very personalised, a very pleasant experience".
We saw that effective infection control systems were in place to minimise the risk and spread of infection. Patient satisfaction surveys were available for people to complete and completed copies we saw were consistently positive with high scores given to most categories measured. Comments included, 'They tried lots of times to get photos with a very tricky baby'.
