During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak to people as none were using the service at the time of our unannounced inspection visit. However we did see evidence of people's views of the service by looking at the results of patient surveys and how complaints were managed. We found that the most recent survey contained a high proportion of very positive responses. Where issues had been raised (including formal complaints) we found that these were recorded, investigated and responded to.

We found that appropriate arrangements were in place to obtain people's consent to care and treatment and ensure they were cared for, treated and supported appropriately. Suitable systems were operated to safeguard people using the service, ensure staff employed were supported properly and regularly check the quality and safety of the services being provided to people.
