During a routine inspection

We spoke with staff and reviewed records. We were not able to speak to patients as there were no appointments in the afternoon. However, the comments book and patient's survey showed positive feedback from patients who had received treatment at the clinic. We viewed 16 medical records that showed that patients were given information in the form of booklets in relation to the treatment and care they were to receive they were to receive.

Information viewed in the medical records showed that the patients had been involved in the development of the plan and the care to be delivered.

The provider provided us with the documentation for staff training. All staff had received training required for the delivery of the service.

The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of patients.
