  • Helpful, experienced, efficient and supportive, and kind.

  • Fantastic team of receptionists super helpful and very quick to handle my concerns.

We saw evidence that staff had received training in consent, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and in relation to people with learning disabilities and autism. Staff understood Gillick competency and there was a process to ensure young adults had control over their own privacy and the amount of parental involvement in managing their care and support. Staff had undertaken chaperone training and notices informing patients that chaperones were available were posted in reception and in the consultation rooms. We saw confirmation that staff had completed training in customer care and preventing radicalisation.
