During a routine inspection

We spoke with a patient, a member of staff and the manager. We also saw the equipment and facilities used by the clinic. The people we spoke with felt that staff and the organisation's website enabled them to make informed decisions about their treatment. Patients felt that staff were 'friendly'.

We noted that staff were trained, experienced and appropriately vetted. The manager told us staff received induction before they started work at the clinic. This ensured that staff who provided the service were fit and competent.

We noted that the provider had arrangements in place to ensure that information about the patients was recorded and kept securely. The clinic also provided patients with prompt scanning and blood test results so patients did not have to wait longer than needed. Staff had attended training in counselling to provide patients with appropriate support.
