During a routine inspection
Privacy was observed and staff knocked on the doctors door so as not to disturb any on-going consultation with a patient. Patients told us they felt that staff respected their privacy and that they were involved with their consultations with the doctor.
Patients said "the doctor is very good and nice, all the staff here are nice".
Patients told us they felt safe at the medical centre and we saw evidence that staff were aware of their safeguarding responsibilities and had received up to date training.
The medical centre was clean and staff followed the infection control policy by using protective clothing and practicing good hand hygiene.
There was a clear complaints procedure and the practice manager advised they welcomed feedback to improve.
