During a routine inspection
People who used the service had positive opinions about the treatment they were receiving. to assist in their recovery from their addictions. One person told us 'you are supported the whole step of the way'. We were also told, 'they know how you feel and they support you and listen to you they have empathy'.
People were protected from the risk of abuse because the provider ensured staff understood what it was and how to protect people.
The provider had a suitable system to check and improve if needed the quality of service people received.
