Our view of the service

E-ZEC Medical Transport Services, operating under the trading name EMED Group Limited, was the provider for E-Zec Medical Norfolk. Great Yarmouth location provided patient transport services across Great Yarmouth, Norfolk and Waveney and Suffolk through commissioning a contract with the local Integrated Care Board. Ambulance care assistants conducted most patient transport journeys and were trained in basic life support. The high dependency crews consist of a paramedic and ambulance care assistant, and they were contracted to undertake interfacility transfers for cardiac patients.
