During a routine inspection
One relative said 'Cannot compliment the staff enough for the care they provide'.
We found that people were involved in decisions about their care whenever possible.
We found that people's needs were appropriately assessed and care was planned and regularly reviewed. One person said 'I like going out to the day centre' and 'We are doing Cinderella soon'.
We found the premises in very good condition throughout, providing people with a warm and safe environment to live in.
At the inspection visit there were adequate numbers of qualified, skilled and experienced staff to promptly respond to people's requests for assistance.
The service had adequate systems in place to monitor the quality of the service it provided.
