During an inspection looking at part of the service

We were not able to speak with people using the service because the provider had no contact with patients. We spoke with the business manager and we reviewed records to see if the provider had taken steps to ensure patients were aware that their images were being analysed and reported on by a third party provider.

During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak with people using the service, because the provider has no direct contact with patients. We saw the provider had systems for regular contact with partner organisations. The provider checked their service was effective for patients through their contact with the organisations providing treatment.
