During a routine inspection

During our visit we asked patients for feedback about their experience when visiting the practice. Two patients commented about the service they received. They told us they were seen in private and that they were consulted with about their treatment. Both confirmed they had given written consent to treatment and that there had been a “helpful discussion” with the dentist when explaining procedures.

The patients also commented about the staff. They described them as “Attentive” and “Helpful”. One person also commented, “They are friendly and polite as well as reassuring”.

We were also informed that several staff spoke different languages. This helped when communicating with those patients who did not have English as a first language, so that their treatment could be explained.
