During a routine inspection

We spoke with a number of patients about their experiences of the practice and their feedback was very positive. People told us that they felt comfortable with the service provided. They felt their dignity was maintained and their privacy protected. They told us that they had been provided with good information both about the treatments and the cost of the different treatments. They said that staff were pleasant and reassuring and made them feel at ease.

People who used the services of the practice told us they felt the surgery was clean and well organised. The treatment rooms presented as clean, modern and well maintained with appropriate floor and surface coverings. Dedicated hand washing facilities were provided. Appropriate protective equipment and clothing was in place and accessible.

Staff told us they received on-going training and support and the practice was well managed.

Florence House staff carry out regular audits to ensure that people who use the service receive safe and appropriate care and treatment.
