During a routine inspection

We did not speak with people who used the service because the provider did not have direct contact with patients. We saw that the provider had systems in place to ensure the quality of the service was monitored. Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. We noted that the provider worked closely with healthcare providers. Images were analysed and sent back to partner providers within the agreed turnaround time.
