During a routine inspection
We saw that the service had a Whistle Blowing Policy. Staff we spoke with were aware of this policy. They told us that they felt confident in raising any concerns. One person we spoke with told us 'Yes, I wouldn't have any problem reporting anything'.
We looked at the results of the most recent survey and found that 96% of people were satisfied with the service they had received. Comments included 'Very helpful and extremely kind and knowledgeable' and 'Everything explained in detail'.
