During a routine inspection

In total we received feedback from 37 people who used the service or their relatives. We received mostly positive feedback about the service and the staff. One person told us that the carers were like their "angels", and they did everything they needed them to do. Another person told us that the staff were cheerful and helpful. Other people also provided us with positive comments.

We found that people were treated with dignity and respect and had an assessment of their needs. We found that the provider had adequate safeguarding procedures in place to protect people from abuse and found that staff had been suitably checked before they commenced work. We also found that there were systems in place to ensure that care was of a good standard.
