During a routine inspection
People's needs were appropriately assessed and treatment planned in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. A medical history was taken prior to treatment and people were given information both verbally and in writing about the treatment options, risks and benefits of treatment and estimated costs.
The practice was clean and well maintained on the day of our visit. Decontamination and sterilisation procedures were undertaken safely and staff adhered to current government guidance to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
Care and treatment was provided by staff that were appropriately qualified and who kept themselves up to date with their professional development.
The practice had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive. One person wrote that staff were "helpful" and said " I would definitely recommend".
