During a routine inspection

We spoke with a number of patients from the practice. The patients we spoke with told us that they had been visiting the practice for a number of years. One person said, "I was a very nervous patient at first but am less nervous now because staff have "reassured me" and" they made me feel at ease." Another person said, "They provide a good service, and treatment options are discussed in private before treatment is given."

We found that the provider was meeting all the standards we reviewed during our inspection visit. People were asked to consent to treatment and their wishes were respected, and people had been involved in decisions about their treatment. There was an infection control system in place to ensure that the practice followed the Department of Health guidance. Staff had been given relevant training for their role. There were systems in place for assessing and monitoring the quality of the service and there was a complaints policy in place.
