During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they were happy with the support they received and were involved in giving feedback about the service.
One person living at the home told us: "I love it here. I like the atmosphere and the people".
We found that the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
Staff told us they were provided with training to deliver care safely to people and to an appropriate standard.
One member of staff told us: 'The staff team is very supportive and helpful'.
We found that the provider had effective systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
