The service treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.

We observed staff treating people with kindness, dignity, and respect during the on-site visit. Staff were able to clearly explain their responsibilities in ensuring people received compassionate and person-centred care. The staff members we spoke with provided examples of occasions where additional measures had been implemented to support people's emotional wellbeing and individual needs. Feedback from people using the service was positive, with individuals describing feeling well cared for and consistently receiving support from staff who were helpful, kind, and attentive.

The latest national patient survey showed 91% of people said the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at listening to them during their last general practice appointment. This was above the national (87%) and local (84%) averages.
