During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used the service. They said they were pleased with the service, the nurse put them at ease and thought the service was very good. The service effectively assessed people's medical history and travel requirements, providing them with the advice and treatment they needed. Infection control and clinical waste procedures were in place. There were safe arrangements for the handling of medicines. Staff received training and support and were competent and knowledgeable about the service. London Travel Clinic had systems to assess, monitor and record the quality of the service to ensure the service was effectively run and managed.
