During a routine inspection

People we spoke with were very positive about the support they received from the provider. One said, "The service is absolutely excellent and I have nothing but praise". The six people that we spoke with told us they had regular contact with the service and saw a key-worker for appointments and attended a local 'Relapse Intervention' group.

Care planning documentation described in detail the support needs of people using the service.. People using the service had been fully involved in decisions about their support. Support plans were regularly reviewed to accurately reflect people's support needs.

There were effective safeguarding training and procedures for protecting vulnerable adults in place to ensure that all staff were aware of expected reporting processes.

Staff received appropriate training and supervision to ensure that they had the required skills to effectively support people using the service.

The provider had policies, procedures and working practices in place that enabled the quality of the service to be assessed and monitored.
