During a routine inspection

We spoke with eight people who used this service, including visiting four people at home. Each person, or their family representative, said that the service they received was very good. One person said; 'I cannot praise them enough for what they do. Without them I do not know how we would cope.' Another comment included, 'I know they will be coming and that is what is so very reassuring. We can count on them. All the carers are just brilliant.'

We found that that people experienced a safe, reliable and effective service. We found the service to be efficiently managed. We saw that the staff team were conscientious, knew what was expected of them, and that they enabled people to continue living at home with dignity.
