Under our previous methodology at the last inspection in March 2022, the practice was rated good overall and requires improvement for the safe key question. This announced assessment was carried out to follow-up on the breach identified at our last inspection in relation to safe care and treatment.Since the last inspection,the practice had made improvements and is no longer in breach of regulations.The service is still rated good overall, and good for providing effective, responsive,caring and well-led services. The rating for safe remains requires improvement.
