During a routine inspection

The agency had recently set up a new branch in the Stafford area. The agency had two people requiring personal care, and we were able to speak to one of these. We spoke to two of the three staff.

We looked at two care plans. We were told, "It's all excellent".

We found that the branch had support form the main company for infection control, and had clear instructions available which staff would be able to follow.

The branch had a clear recruitment policy which it followed. We were told, "I love my job".

We found the branch had completed monthly audits on all areas of care and the running of the agency.
